your payment cannot be linked.
Consequently, your payment will
be unknown to the administration
office.

above are acceptable. Company and
personal cheque are not accepted.

Currency exchange charges or bank
collection fees are the
responsibility of the registrant.

mail. The Organizing Committee will
accept no liability for any kind of
money loss.

For administrative and preparatory
reasons the registration office will
be closed from November 17th,
2008 and will be re-open on site on
November 19 th, 2008,
during congress registration hours
(see "General information").

Note:
Please note that the time of our
event in the Dead Sea Resort and spa
is a high season and most hotels are
fully booked from this moment. The
number of participants is limited; a
policy of first come first serve
will be adopted.
Confirmation of registration for
participants:
When your completed registration form
plus payment is received by the Congress
Secretariat you will receive written
confirmation of your registration by
email. Please always bring the copy of
the registration form that you keep for
your own files, as well as the proof of
payment of your registration fee with
you when you travel to Dead Sea Spa.
Name changes:
If you should be prevented from
attending, you will be given the
opportunity to send a colleague in your
place. There will be a charge of 20 $
per name change for administration
costs.
Cancellations and refunds:
Advanced registration fees will be
refunded to those must cancel
participation in the congress; The
Congress Secretariat must be notified in
writing of cancellations of
registration:

Cancellations received before
July14th 2008 will be charged $ 50
for administration costs and the
transaction costs.

Cancellations received between
July14th and October14th 2008 will
have a 50% refund.
-
No refunds will be issued for
cancellations received after
October14th 2008.
Refunds will be handled after the
congress.
